We believe that environmental awareness does not have to mean the deprivation of the benefits our modern society has grown to enjoy, but rather adds a new and exciting dimension to the definition of leading edge technology, innovative design and a vision for a new and braver world.
Where does your money go?
The money you pay to offset the CO2 produced by us goes to a number of sustainable energy efficiency and renewable energy projects - helping the wider world and local communities. The three main areas we are currently working in are:
- Energy efficient projects - promoting the use of energy efficient light bulbs to lower demand on power stations and reduce emissions.
- Forestry projects - trees absorb CO2 and release oxygen back into the atmosphere. We work with well-managed, long-term forestry, making a real contribution to local communities and biodiversity.
- Renewable energy - making use of wind, hydro or solar energy to replace power generation through fossil fuels, leading to reduced emissions.
